We live in Maryland, but always wanted to have a vacation home in Florida. When this was expressed to my husband’s colleague, who was from Florida, he connected us with Shereen. We setup a meeting with Shereen to show us some properties in the Northern Palm Beaches area. We only had a couple of days to see these properties, but that was no problem for Shereen. She lined up several properties for us to view.
Over the two days, we narrowed it down to a couple of homes, but during that time Shereen was taking mental notes of what we were looking for. She suggested a condo that she was the listing agent for and asked if we wanted to see it. As soon as we walked in, we fell in love. It was exactly what we wanted, right on the beach with an amazing view. She actually suggested that we switch hotels so we could be right on the ocean, a few hundred feet from the condo so we could get a feel of the area. It only took us 24 hours to think about it. We immediately called Shereen and told her that we wanted it.
She helped us with a good price to present to the buyer. She connected us with a mortgage company and took care of all of the paperwork with the HOA at the condo. In 30 days we were the proud owners of a beachfront home.
During this whole process, we never felt pressured to do anything. She wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. Now, almost 6 years later we still keep in touch with Shereen. Because we are only in the area part-time, she still help us out with tasks that we are not able to do. She is a wealth of information when it comes to services that we may need and direct us to the right people.
In our opinion, she is hands down the best in the business. With her extensive knowledge of the area and personal touch service, she will find you the home of your dreams.
